FSAI recognises SUPER HERO's & HERO's of FIRE FIGHTERS, POLICE PERSONNELS and CITIZENS, who risks their own lives while undertaking the noble cause of saving lives. As part of this initiative we request brave Fire Fighters, Police Personnels and Citizens, who have shown exemplary courage in the critical act to nominate themselves.

Note: Only front-line Fireman, Policeman and Citizens who were involved in incident occurred between 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024 can fill in the form. Fireman, Policeman and Citizens can go online and fill the form on FSAI website. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by phone or email. Successful candidates will be felicitated during our PACC 2025 event in February 2025.
